  • 60 ml white wine
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 60 ml of water
  • 125 ml olive oil
  • 650 g wheat flour

Course of action

  • Start by mixing flour and salt in a bowl. Stir with a spoon to mix both ingredients. Then make a hole in the center of the bowl and pour in the olive oil and white wine. Alcohol will help ferment the dough. Otherwise one would have to use yeast.
  • Then mix it all with circular motions until the flour absorbs all the liquid. Once you have a compact mass, continue to knead a little more with your hands until a ball is formed.
  • Let the dough rest in a covered bowl for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, knead the dough again for a few minutes, then shape it again into a ball. Then cover the container and let the dough rest for another 30 minutes.
  • Then cut the dough into eight equal pieces, each placed on a piece of cling film. Roll out the dough flat with a rolling pin. Shape the dough until you get a thin circle or oval, like a thin waffle.
  • Then repeat the process until you have made all eight pieces. Set this aside until the filling for the chocolate pie is ready.

  • Dark cooking chocolate (250 grams)
  • 250 ml whipping cream
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons butter

Course of action

  • First preheat the oven to 200 ยบC.
