Casino conducted a study which showed that there is no scientific evidence to argue that a person without celiac disease should opt for a gluten-free diet. He explained that it has no health benefits because it also reduces the intake of fiber found in kernels and oatmeal.

He believes that this food is vital because it helps fight cardiovascular disease and reduces the risk of getting some cancers and type 2 diabetes.
