  • 3 medium-sized avocados
  • 4 tablespoons raw coconut oil (60 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (30 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt or Himalayan salt (5 g)
  • 6 tablespoons nutritional yeast (90 g)
  • 60 ml fermented vegetable drink
  • 2 tablespoons flea seed husks (30 g)
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano leaves (20 g)

  • First, cut the avocados in half and remove the pulp
  • Then put it in the blender together with the coconut oil and lemon juice.
  • Then add salt, nutritional yeast and fermented vegetable drink.
  • Whisk for two minutes and then add the flea seed shells.
  • Make sure you get a smooth, thick mixture.
  • When you have the right consistency, take a large round shape and fill it with avocado paste on top of the baking paper.
  • Put the cheese in the fridge for at least 8 hours.

  • 200 g buckwheat, quinoa or kamut grain
  • 3 liters of water

  • First let the grain germinate. To do this, put the grains in the glass bowl and soak for approx. 8 hours.
  • Cover the opening of the bottle with the fabric and secure it with the rubber band or string.
  • Then pour off the water and leave the bottle pointing down and diagonally for another two days.
  • After two days, rinse and fill the bottle with twice as much water.
  • Then let them soak for another 24 hours. During this period, the germinated kernels should ferment the liquid.
  • After 24 hours, strain the water and store it in the refrigerator in the glass jar. If you wish, you can repeat the fermentation with the same kernels twice more, but only for 12 hours.

Note: You can also use lentil grains, among other things. The most important thing is to adhere to the fermentation process. Remember that if the temperature is high, the drink will experience more fermentation. Therefore, if it is cold, it will probably require more time.
