  • 4 cloves garlic (5 g).
  • 1 onion (60 g).

How to prepare the chicken

This recipe for chicken breast with cheese sauce is really very simple. First, cut the chicken breast into small cubes, and season them with salt and pepper to taste. Then heat a little olive oil in a large saucepan over high heat.

When the oil is hot, toss the chicken pieces in the pan and braise them, preventing the meat from getting dry. After 3 minutes, remove the meat from the pan when the chicken pieces are golden but not completely cooked through.

How to prepare the cheese sauce

The chicken pieces will probably have absorbed all the oil in the pan, so add a little more and fry over a low heat.
